Tara earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Providence College in Canada where she was an All-Conference collegiate basketball player. She is a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine & Vital Force International. She spent 8 years as an executive manager leading teams to excel at short & long term goals. Through her leadership experience, she has the ability to inspire people to work hard & pursue their dreams.

As a previous boot camp "Fit Chick" herself, Tara understands the commitment & dedication it takes to make changes in your life & maintain them for the long term. She works with clients everyday to set goals, work a plan & adapt behaviors to live a full & fit life. Her desire is to see each woman realize their physical potential & help them achieve it.


Jill Ramsey
Jill Ramsey, CPT

Jill Ramsey is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine. She attended the University of Kentucky and spent 14 years working in dentistry, prior to gaining her certification in personal training. The challenging but very rewarding process Jill experienced while training for both full and half marathons inspired her to pursue helping others to reach their fitness goals as well.

As a former Mohr Results Boot Camp "Fit Chick" herself, Jill 'gets it' and has used her knowledge and incredible ability to motivate to help empower other women in a supportive and committed environment.
